1996 GS supercharged won't run

I have a 1996 GS with a ton of miles on it. It has always run great until now. I drove it home and paked it. When I came back out to leave the next morning it started and ran about 5 seconds then died. Now it will restart sometimes but when it does it runs terribly and smells funny at the exhaust. The dash light seem to be involved too.
The tach stays at zero and doesn't move at all. Almost all of the warning lights are on even when it runs for a few seconds ( ABS, OIL, WATER, everything..)
It seems electrical to me or a module or something....Great many thanks for any help or ideas.
I did check fuel pressure and it was getting plenty (43+ psi.) I took off one wire at a time on the coil packs and when cranking, each one sparked.

Bad ECM maybe?
