Elantra 2001 Overheating

Hi, First Excusme for my poor English.

I have a 2001 elantra, since yesterday the engine temp are above normal level. I checked the Radiator Coolant and the Cooling Fans and it's O.K.

When I Stop the car the temp level comeback to half, but when I start run again the temp go up to 3 quater immediately. Im not using the AC.
