Driver's Seat Upholstery

One problem I have with the '91 PA I just bought, is the driver's seat shows signs that the car was previously driven by a rather large individual (we're talking maybe 300 lb. plus).

The left side of the of the driver's seat is about two inches lower than the right side. My guess is, the person liked to sit real close to the door.
As a consequence, I'm driving down the road sloping to the left, sitting more on the metal seat frame, than the seat upholstery, which has been flattened.

Should I try and have the seat reupholstered? (I’m not too sure where), or is the smart play to simply go a junkyard and get a different seat? But then trying to get the right color seat in a junkyard may not be that easy.

You shouldn't have too much trouble getting a replacement seat...Just remember that if you replace the seat from a junkyard including the under gear/electrics you may end up with a seat that isn't fully functional. If you get another seat the best thing to do is bring it to a garage and have them attatch the new seat to your current under gear and power seat motors (if that does indeed work currently)....Good luck:)
