Engine Swap 3VZE

I have a 1994 Toyota, Ext. Cab, 4X4, 3VZE V-6, Automatic. I have found a 3.0 from a 96 4wd pick up that I can purchase reasonably and would like to know if there are any big changes that I will have to solve in setting the complete 96 3.0 into the 94 that had a 3.0. The 96 was manual shift so I know that I’ll need to replace flywheel with my driveplate/flexplate. But does anybody know about the electronics, sensors and other small stuff!! I thank you in advance!!

I understand that this could be a 3.4 engine or from an earlier model truck would this cause any additional problems. It looked the same as my 3.0 and I didn't pay attention to the label on top of the FI.
