Can't start - need a help!

I have 00 Malibu for 4 years - I bought it a brand new.
Once or twise was a situation that the engine was "shut down", but every time it was start up normally.
Now, I was drive about an hour and then the engine just shut down.
Symptoms such as though gasoline has ended. Though the minimum 1/4 tanks still remained.
When I turn key ON - all the lights on control panel are blink and shiver.
Theft system light go OFF like normal after 2-3 sec. The starter turns normally.
But...There is no ignition.
Somebody know this picture?

1. Is the theft light flashing after you try to start? if it is leave the key on for 10 minutes til the flashing quits.
2. When you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump run and then shut off. It has to be quite to hear the pump run.. its in the fuel tank. My 2000 did this about 35,000 miles ago and it was the pump, It was towed in 3 times, the first 2 it started by the time it got to the dealer.
3. These years also are known to have fuel tank indication errors is there gas in it?
4. Does the car start for a second and then stop or does it not fire off at all?
