2004 Town and County

I have a 2004 T/C with 20,000 miles. The problem is a enginge miss. It happens at all speeds and idle. I bought this van a week ago and it is covered under the service contract, but i want to make sure that the right things are being checked and repaired. It has new plugs and wires and they all seem to be making good contact. I get the following fault codes:

100.3
100.4
100.5
100.7

Any help would be appreciated. If you know of a web site with the codes for the 2004 it would help out a lot also.
