How do I get them off? I have tried but cannot find how to pry them off without breaking something. I just want to replace the speakers. taking off the grill does not give me access to the screws of the speakers!!! Arrrgggg. thanks

What year is your truck? I have an '00 and the panels on all doors are just clipped in. Just pull hard enough and they will snap out.

2002, I took out the one bolt at the bottom front of the panel and it comes loose down there but I have pulled hard and it does not come off and I don't want to break anything. Thanks for the reply, didn't think I would get any, its been so long. Still haven't replaced the speakers, but it would be nice!!

You probably have the four door version. Mine is 3 doors. I am not sure what else it might be. I only have a screw in the door handle and the clips. I have changed out all of my speakers and they come off easy every time. My next suggestion would be to stop by a local dealer or a body shop and ask how to take them off. I can't imagine they would change too much in two years but you never know. They can't use too many screws because you don't want them to be visible so the only other option is clips. Sorry I can't help any more than that.
