these are a few sites that carry performance parts for your first gen probe/mx6.
www.spmotorsports.com has many aftermarket parts made by other manufacturers
www.hyedracyl.com makes a bigger brake kit for 1st gens
www.nopionline.com has many parts made by other manufacturers
As far as body kits go there are a few kits out there but most of them are offering the same kits (except erebuni and razzi) but they are very outdated as far as styling goes).
