Headlights blurry

My headlights seem to have a blurry/foggy haze on them, and I thought it was just condensation from a leak in the housing.

After doing the DIY mod for painting the stock headlights' housings, there is still a like foggy haze on the outside or inside of the headlights' clear covers. Does anyone know how I could clear that out? I'm gonna try buffing it and see what that does. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Use Mother's Mag pollish and hand buff the outer lens. That should make it look crystal clear and brand new.

BTW: That DIY for painting your housing is a sinch... I would recommend it to anyone looking for an original look to their car cuz you can use any color you want for the housing.

Since I wasn't available to getting the Mothers Mag Polish I used a mechanical buffer using a buffing compound and that seemed to get the yellowish haze off the cover, but I still have like this patch of idk how to describe it... so I'm gonna try to hand buff the cover with your tip Silverbolt. Until then... later.

You're very welcome. The reason why Mother's Mag polish works so well is that its used to get rid of oxidation. It also works very well on paintjobs on older cars... if you're trying to restore it.

Mother's can be found at any automotive store.
