distributor issues

im trying to put my distributor back on my car, but im having trouble because the mounting bracket that is used to attach distributor to motor is stil on the distributor and its blocking the prongs from matching up. i cant get the mounting bracket off the distributor cause the bolt is pretty frozen. i have tried pb blaster and just getting it to wiggle in but nothing is working, does anyone have any suggestions on gettin the bolt out or is there another way to put the distributor back on without having to remove the bracket. thanks
