I am in the process tonite, of replacing 2 v. hoses. They both were cut, or melted, and the base of were they plug into, so i have no idea what order to put the new lines back on. I have a 91 non-turbo. I have the ends that connect to the throttle body all perfect, just the other end. I replaced both of the green dashed lines, the one that goes in the middle slot on top, and the one that goes way in the back below the ISC. I have the little plug to put them in, but i just don't know what hose goes where, there are 2 hoses, and 2 slots, and i'm afraid if i pic the wrong one, something bad might happen, since i need the car in the morning(my only car). Also, if somebody has a spare plug, i would love to buy it, since mine isn't in good shape, but will need to be used for the time being. Thanks for any info.

look at the emmisions/vac line routing diagram on the underside of your hood

The haynes/chilton manuals at autoparts stores have decent vac line diagrams too, but to read them you need to know what the components are and where to find them.

Yea, i have a haynes manual, but that didn't help too much. I found the diagram on the hood, and now i feel stupid. I got my vav. lines done, but i still have bad idle surge, and when i adjust the BISS(without doing any of the grounding stuff), it does absolutly nothing to affect it. I don't know now.

is the oring on the biss good? even without doing the grounding stuff the biss should raise and lower the idle it just wont be permanant

i don't know, i still do have the cap over the top and everything, if the O-ring were to be bad, could i feel a vac. leak, or should i just take the screw out, and change it, with the car off of course.

The only problem is the closest mistu dealer, is 400 miles away, would a crysler dealer work?
