Importing JDM

I hear that importing JDM into the USA is somewhat impossible cause of the hassle. I hear that on JDMs, there has to be crash tests, which will cost too much. Is this true?........... I'm planning on importing an RX7 from Japan, so is USA going to let it slide since USA already has similar or same RX7s here, or is there going to be a damn crash test?.......

I see people here with foreign market supras and 300ZX's here all the time but then again i'm in japan. I'd go to the mazda forum though....

ive heard that you must get a letter from the manufaturer first and them must have to go thru some modifications... i would suggest to go to the rx7 forums and ask.

anybody remember me saying this? well apply it to this thread. i swear....we need a device to kill these morons as soon as they type these questions. "uh...importing rx-7's...uhhh go to skyline forum, rx-7, skyline, close enough!" like....as soon as they type the question, it triggers a mechanism in their computer that makes it blow up in their face, leaving them scared for life for asking such a retarded question....and the computer blowing up would take care of them posting here again because theyd be too scared to touch a computer!
