If parked on an upward incline, my 92 LX jerks when pulling it out of Park. No other jerking, could this be a mount problem or think it's tranny related?

You should always use your parking brake.
That jerking your feeling is caused by a little metal shaft about the size of your pinky-finger holding up 3,000 pounds being forced out of its 'Parked' position.
