low idle when car is warm

hey was up yall i need some help i like start my car after it get warm and been drivng for a good hot min or so. when i stop at a light or something my rpm drops below 500rpms to like 200 or lower it feels like my car is about to stall out on me.. i need to know wut the heck is goning on and how can i make the idle stay at 500rpm or more when i stop.

on your TB there is a little(i mean fingernail size) black tab, pull that off and you should see a screw. with your car runnning after it warms up, turn it until you get your idle at around 700 or wherever you want it
