2002 Engine codes Hard Start

Almost every day with a cold start it is taking about 1-2 minutes to start. My starter is going to be bad in another week if this keeps up. The motor turns fine but not even a pop. Then all of a sudden it starts after 1-2 minutes. I get the codes: 16, 340, and 344. I can not find these anywhere on the web for the 02+ models. Brookdale Dodge in MN said they can not look this up, they can only scan for $80. I think that false. Thanks for any help.

They are, I turn the key off and on three times, they show up in the trip odometer. They come up as: "0016 0344 0340 done".
