i have adjustable coil overs so how do i adjust them SERIOUSLY i need to raise my car up as soon as possible

First you jack up the car so you can get to the springs. Then you spray WD-40 on the thread so you won't strip it. Then you use the special wrench to fit into the notches and twist them up...If you want more room, you could take the tire off

Also try to get the threads as clean as you can, If you get a lot of crap in there and try and screw the stopper up over it, you can scratch it all up. Even with the WD-40 (which you should definately use).
There are 2 stoppers because they lock against each other, so make sure they are snug against each other when they are in position so they dont slip. You can count the threads or measure to make sure right and left sides match.
NOTE: whenever you raise or lower your car, you change suspension geometry. If you raise your car you will have more camber and outside tire wear. Get it aligned when you are done.
