Tahoe seat conversion

I have a 2001 Tahoe, bone stock with some really uncomfortable vinyl seats. I have found a set of cloth seats from a 2003 Tahoe and want to know if this will be an easy swap in/swap out job or if I will run into problems. I also am wondering about the power driver seat that will come with the new set (mine do not have power). If anyone can offer som help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
