Progress: not so fast n furious eclipse

hello everybody. i'm new to AF but have been viewing for quite some time. i finally had a chance to post and hopefully you like what you see. i'm not a huge fan of the Fast N Furious stuff but here's my FNF Eclipse.

these pics were from a long time ago. here are the finishing stages of the body work.

i still have to complete the bodywork and i'm leaning on a candy purple/candy apple red mix for the paint. i plan on using the rims shown on it. i don't work on my models too much anymore but if you guys give a positive response (or negative too) it will give me some motivation. if you have any thoughts and/or suggestions, feel free to post.

nice wide body! I like it. I think a deep metallic blue would look nice.

thanks for the feedback chris! personally, i want to paint it tamiya mica blue. but i have so many of my models painted that color already! for example my Abflug model:

that's one of my older models. i'm currently working on one that is based off of the regular supra model rather than the GT model.

Maybe a dark metallic red... I think that would look good.

The eclipse looks awesome with the supra rear.

Wow! Thats some shit load of bodywork on those models. I think i have seen that Abflug supra somewhere...:screwy:

That ABflug Supra also rocks! Ive seen it in another site (tinyimports??)... do you have more pics? Maybe progress shots youd like to share? :naughty:

Uh um can i shoot you? for putting supra stuff on a eclipse.(this coming from a man who put a supra motor in a bmw) :) awsome work tho takes some guts!

thanks you guys! i am working on the second Abflug. it's no where near done so i should have some really good progress shots of the way i created the widebody on this one (as opposed to the pure putty work like my first one, yes, it's on tiny imports for those that recognized it :smile: ). i plan on repainting the first one and doing a side by side comparison.
