solara 6 speed

does any one know about the solara 6 speed,. is there one, i havent lookd but i heard they where coming out with one,..... but any ways,... since the v6 motor used in the car can fit in the mr2,.. i was wondering if the 6 speed would fit in the mr2, on the 3sgte motor....???,.. or any other 6speed tranny that would fit?

the e153 tranny from the turbo is the same as the tranny in the v6 camry (may be different ratios)

so if the solara v6 is some sort of camry v6 then my guess would be yes.

wasn't the solara only an automatic though?

There is a Solora tranny that bolts up to the 3SGTE.
It's internals are beefier, but the gear ratios are different.
