Okay, First, I aint Copying Hiro's work. that would be too uncool lol
I've been working on this for 4 days now and and i was thinking and triped on something before i paint the body completely...
Should i go with this wing
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01363.jpg
or this wing?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01366.jpg
Dunno which to choose...
I need to fill the hole for the wing mount if i'm gonna use the 34's wing
I might also use the nismo skirts.

Other Set of Wheels (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01374.jpg)
Wing I'd be less Likely to use (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01377.jpg)
Thnx

Hmm... the R34 wing makes it look more modern. I'd say go with it. Makes me wonder how it would look on a R30 :D

That is a really hard choice. They both look equally suitable.

i quite the look of the 32 as a 34.. if you cover the front end of the first pic, it's hard to tell the two apart!
i'd say go for the 34 conversion ;)

That's a hard choice since the wheels are from the R34. I've always liked the R32 wing, go with that one.

@slk320 : There's a link to the pic but i guess you didnt see it .
Engine

The engine's a little bit detailed now... still have to make the Oil Filter and some other wires...
>> Original Wheels (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01374.jpg)
>>Another Wing (Less likely to be used) (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/DSC01377.jpg)

Sort of useless update:
Sorry but i cant get any pics taken because the camera is being used in a photo shoot right now.
@ niska : Yep.
The body is drying and i might just polish it out instead of clearcoating it.
The engine & bay is almost complete.
Oil Filter Relocated,Oil Cooler Added, Turbo painted, Pipes 50 % done, Wires 50% done.
I'll buy another can of TS50 cuz i dun think the 1st can wont be enough for the chassis & hood =/
Interior is still attached to the tree =P
neways i'd like to ask another question (-_-")
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v285/Twiggy34/q.jpg
Upper right blue '?'
Whats that red tube over there?
Turbo Drawing Thingie (sorry for the crappy diagram)
Is it like that or does the braided hose go somewhere else?
And how can i make them nismo strutbar mounts?
... Yes. i'm a "Trying Hard Wannabe Pro Kit Builder" like you guys... =/

The braided hose on the turbo is an oil line for the turbine bearing, it should go directly on the engine bloc, just under the "most-rear-cylinder" exhaust port.
http://www.exvitermini.com/pics/newline.jpg
But it may also be water lines that goes directly in the turbine for spray-cooling of the air. Don't really know in fact :)

Nice job on the engine so far!
You can't ask to many questions that's what this forum is for. I like the fact that you are concerned about accuracy. Keep up the great work!!

The braided line on the turbo is the oil line. The cooloing line is hardly visible so you might get away with not putting it on.
The Nismo STB. Use tube and sheet styrene. Tube for the mounting plate and flat styrene to make the mounting posts.
The green ?. I'm not sure what that is. Possibly a secondary coolant hose? I've never seen that. Nick Wong has a very unique RB26.

the green would appear to be a water line? it seems to enter/exit the engine in the same spot as the upper radiator hose

The green part is for the other side of the radiator i think... or might be conected to a lil filling tank then to somthing... neway i'm not gonna put that one...
I got the Oil Line for the turbo though i cant
guess where the small cooling line goes to... :shrugz
Still no Updates on anything outside the bay,

Looking good so far. Do you plan on scratchbuilding an exhaust manifold?

hehe, yes. The kit didnt came with the stock exaust pipe, just the racing side exaust. so i'mma hafta either adapt a single side exaust pipe or a straight pipe.
