What have you paid for a 2004 or 2005 TL with Nav?

My father in Florida is negotiating with a dealer who's taking only about a thousand dollars off the sticker price. That sounds wrong to me. How much over invoice (or under sticker) are people actually getting a new TL for? Thanks.
