Is the '95 prelude si VTEC or not?

no, no prelude si is vtec, you have a 2.3L 160hp engine. That is unless you had an engine swap done before you had the car, in which case it might. Pop the hood and look at your engine, it'll say vtec. You'd also feel the extra pull when the vtec kicked in.

I dont currently have one,although I am looking at getting one. If anyone knows, what does a stock 1995 prelude si run in the 1/4 mile?

low to mid 15s usually

I believe the numbers I have seen are 15.9. But it all depends on driving skill.
