do the under drive pulleys for the 01 neons really ad hp and which is the best brand to get.

I added one to my 03 sxt, and it improved throttle response, this is because it gets rid of rotating mass, which allows the engine to spool faster with less effort. Mine i got from moderperformance.com pretty cheap.
