No Signals

I replaced the bulbs but my turn signals will not blink. They just stay frozen. If they do blink, they blink really slow. I replaced the flasher but that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

You probably replaced the flasher for the hazzard lights. There is another one hidden under the dash for the turn signals.

Thats an '89 right? That black compartment under the dash on the drivers side, take it out (4 screws) and the signal flasher is RIGHT there. Cant miss it.
