intermittant starting problem

i have a 1998 s10 with a 4.3 v6. my security light is on, and the code is p1631, my truck has a problem with starting some times, it will turn over, and then immediatly die. this will continue for 10 minutes exactly and then it will start fine. this is becoming a problem, and i was trying to see if anyone knew how to fix this problem. thank you

I Have A 1998 And It Did The Same Thing. Turn Off Your Alarm. There Should Be A Toggle Switch Under The Drivers Dash That Turns Off The Alarm. Your Alarm System Has Failed Or Your Remotes Dont Work To Turn Off The Alarm. The Starting And Dying Out Is Because Your Alarm Is Still In The Armed Setting And It Is Cutting The Igntion.
