ok you need 3 people
one person in the car pushing the clutch in, one person filling the master cylinder, one person on the bleeder valve/screw
the person on the bleeder valve/screw opens it and the person in the car pushes the clutch down, then the person on the bleeder valve/screw closes it and the person in the car pulls the clutch back up while the person filling the master cylinder makes sure it never gets low enough to get air in the lines, then when the clutch is back up the person in the car pumps it a couple times and repeat the process.
its not necessary to have 3 people, but its nice to have a person making sure the master cylinder is always full!

Another tip I like to add is to be sure if the car is jacked up it is level. I jacked it up on one side once and it was impossible to get all the air out. JAcked up the other side to make it level and 3-4 cycles later got all the air out. Learn from my mistakes ;)
