Contract

I purchased a Car about 4 months ago, and the dealer told me they would send me a copy of my contract. I have called them numerous times, and i have yet to see the contract. Do i stand on any legal ground, or what can i do. I purchased the vechicle in New York, i know live in Alabama(im in the Army)
