my husband has a 91 s-10 that you really have to pump to keep it running we have changed the fuel filter the accelerator pump put seafoam in the tank and cleaned the throttle body none of this has worked what else can be wrong????????

clean or rebuild the carberator.

oh yeah! also, check for vacuum leaks and if you havent given it a tune up yet, i think it is time.

the 91 does not have a carberator it has a throttle body.and we have cleaned that so i guess check for vac.leaks

check your fuel pressure regulator and your idle mixture solenoid.

Sounds like it is out of time.
