oil engine leak

I have a maxima 95 and it leaks oil from engine, only when the motor is not runnig, it seem came down from above ac compressor, i am so tired to see every morning an oil stain in my garage. and every week i have to check the oil level. I suspect the seal of the oil pump is bad o maybe the pump it has to be repleaced.

If anyone has an answer or has the same problem and knows what is iwrong, i will apreciate his help.:confused:

are you 5 speed? it could be tranny fluid. i had a bolt loose on my tranny and was leaking oil becuase of it.
