96 Bonneville SSEI Alternator Replacement

I've heard this process is quite easy for someone who doesn't have the most automotive knowledge. Can anyone please tell where the tension pully is in relation to the alternator pully? I can't get the serpentine belt off, and I can't get much done until that comes off.
