I couldn't find any information in my owners manual.
The doors lock after some time(like 5 min) after I turn off the car (and remove the key) Can I turn this auto lock feature off?
I don't like that I can unlock the car, walk away, leave the keys in the house, then remember I need something from my car, walk back to my car only to find that the doors are locked, so I have to go back inside and get my keys to unlock it.

I'm guessing you have an alarm that was installed and programed at the time of purchase for the PASSIVE MODE, which will automatically lock your doors after a pre-determined amount of time. The dealership can re-program this feature to make it an ACTIVE MODE alarm.
Some insurance companies offer better rates for PASSIVE ALARM SYSTEMS.

You might have something..... Except I didn't purchase the alarm package...... but....according to my salesman... all 2004 CRV's have a factory installed alarm, but if you don't purchase it, they remove some chip that is needed to activate it. I'm gunna have to call the dealer and see if somehow the alarm IS locking my doors.
I also noticed that if the car is off, and I unlock the doors, they stay unlocked. They only lock if the car was running, and then turned off.

its part of the keyless entry, you cant turn it off its a safety feature so that if you hit the unlock on accident it wont leave your car unlocked over night.. if that happens to you and you have to go back in the house just open the door and they will stay unlocked untill you lock them again...

Some saftey feature....I hate it. I also hate that you can't lock the doors if any of them are open.

That is to prevent you from locking your keys in the car. I dion't see why that would be considered a "bad" feature.

The fact is that I DONT need help Not locking my keys in the car. If they want to add saftey features..... reinforce the roof (in case of a rollover) or add front and rear side air bags.... or ,like my expidetion, when I start the car, and put it in drive, lock the doors. ( I love that feature).
don't get me wrong. I realy like my Honda, or I wouldn't have spent the money. The door locks are just a nit... I don't like it. they are trying to make an idoit proof car, and I hope I'm not an Idoit. I don't think it's helpfull to lock me out of my car. I wouldn't mind it if you could turn this on or off, but you can't.
