Help!

I have a Clarion VRX 935VD DVD/CD player. All of the sudden, my CDs and DVDs wont read. It keeps saying ERROR 6(which the manual says the disc is upside down). I have to reset everything but it is still not working.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS OR HAVE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO?

Yea go buy one of those CD/DVD player cleander disks, they have like little brushes on them. they are maby 10$ that should fix it
