wtb: 97 del sol tranny

i need a transmission for a 97 5speed. preferably near ohio. i am willing to travel to save some money. i dont know if any other tranny will fit in my car either? any help will be appreciated thanks!

What trim? S and Si take the same transmission, VTEC takes another.

I should smack you right now just for calling it a type S... the ONLY type S in the honda family is the Acura RSX type S. THAT'S.... IT.... Now then... about a transmission for your S MODEL del Sol.... you will need a transmission from a D series motor... any D block, so long as it's not a Z6. That said, check ebay.
