rebuilding the 7M!!

Ok this is the thing, i just bought a 86.5 supra (love the car), but dont really like the weight. i want to rebuild the 7M. I was ganna start it with the blitz headgasket cuz i heard thats a problem so ill get the out the way. i also wanted to know were i can find some aluminum piston/rod combos, valves and springs. Also would that be a good idea to lighten up the engine a bit. my goal is to get as much hp from the engine alone before turbo. thats the way i think of it. im also going to get a 3" downpipe and a full exhaust from headers back. ne ideas on how much that would run me for the rebuild just for parts cuz im ganna save $ and do it my self.
