Does anybody know how to remove the drive axles out of a 95' Integra GSR w/5 speed transmission?

yeah its a pain in the ass to get the axle nuts off i had to use a 10ft. flag pole over the end of a breaker bar to get enough torque to break em loose but once there loose unbolt the axle from the back of the engine on drivers side and if you take the upper a arm bolts and the bolt from the bottom of the shock mount out you can wiggle the axles out and use a screw driver to pry them out of the tranny just make sure to support both sides of the joints when handling

Yea make sure you don't pull the axle out, pry it with a large flat head screwdriver. Also I would reccomend draining the tranny fluid if you don't want a mess on the floor. It is probably time for a tranny fluid cahnge anyway, most people over look the tranny fluid, needs to be changed every 30K miles FYI.

Thanks for your help guys. Also, I'm using a chiltons repair manuel and it doesn't mention anything about removing the driver's side suspension components (eg. strut fork), only the right side of the car in order to remove both axles from the tranny. But common sense would tell you that in order to remove both axles you have to remove both strut forks right?

Yes, if you plan on keeping that car for any length of time I would get a manual form www.helmsinc.com (http://www.helmsinc.com) you can get the exact manual that the dealerships use ;)
