Drove an EVO VII today...

My friend brought over Project Gotham racing for the XBoX today and I was fortunate to be able to race with a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII.. It was SO FUN and the turns were VERY easy. It's a true rally car. For those who want to get an EVO VII get an Xbox and this game and have fuN!

you gave me hope, then took it away. you evil evil person. Oh yeah, and I have 3 evo VIIs in GT3. beat that.

In GT3 I had an EVO V with about 560 HP and a Viper with 1100 HP....*drools* 1100.............

I'm thinking about going out and buying GT3 just to drive the EVOs!

project gotham racing really isnt all that great. The control is like, hyper unrealistic. You should wait for a racing simulation to come out for the xbox, not some arcadey thing.

NOT ONLY DO I HAVE EVERY SINGLE CAR IN THE GAME ABLE TO BE BOUGHT, I ALSO HAVE EVERY UPGRADE IN EVERY COMBINATION ON EVERY CAR POSIBLE. AND YOU THOUGHT THAT YOUR THREE CARS AND ALSO YOUR VIPER WERE ALL THAT. OH AND VIPER BOY, YOU MIGHT TRY A 3000 GT VR4 WITH A FEW CHOICE UPGRADES AND GET A GOOD 1400 HP.

ha...sorry I don't use cheap cheating stuff like Game sharks I earned my shit on my own. Why would you own every car in the game?? Can you drive every one of them at the same time? well i will give you that but i only use the cheap crap after i did it all on my own first. and the only thing i don't like about vipers is there is only one that i know of that has any real style and class. have you heard of the silver streak 1000? it is owned by carlos mastes. (i think that is how you spell his name) any way he bought a venom 650 and went to hennesy and had about $650,000 of upgrades to it. so he now can go from 0-60 in 2.3 with street tires and 1.8 with very pricey and very illegal street slicks. and just as a side point, try to get ahold of hennesy. and see if you can find out anything about the 1200 hp package. that one cost carlos about an extra 150,000 i think... now that is a viper i respect!!!

I drive a '93 Saturn SC2..not exactly a power car but I don't want to spend any money on it to upgrade it since I'm trying to save up for a BETTER car *ahem* I think we all know what car that is.

The thing about GT3 is that even if you have a trillion dollars to upgrade your cars, the best cars are the formula cars (F/90 etc..) that you can't buy but have to win from the professional and endurance leagues. These cars are stated at 540kg and can be upgraded to 900hp and will blow the socks of all the other 1000hp+ cars that you can modify to.

So money (or cheating) isn't everything. Skills (and a decent formula car) still wins races.

GT3 is an awesome game tho..It's how I discovered the EVO, before this game I've never even heard of the car now I'm obsessed with it. Tomorrow I'm gonna borrow my friend's GT3 just to pimp out the EVO. Its just too bad you can't customize the exterior of the car (Other than rims)

i have one question about the evo VII. they are going to have to change the front end of it in order to comply with the us safty laws (five mph bumpers and all) and with that they will have to redesign the
intercooler too. does this mean that we well have to change the front end back to what it was and replace the intercooler? that will suck if we do. i had to do that on my galant and i was not cheap. but what must be done must be done.

yes, that's one of the things mitsu is working on b4 they bring it over. i don't expect it to be that different. just stronger(maybe lil heavier) front end. :smoka:

you all have those evos on GT3 But thats nothing i Have 6 Evos With a lil under 600 hp and a skiline and supra with 1357 and 1489 beet that all you nobodies.................ill smoke all your cars
