K&N might make a FIPK for your Blazer, but as far as I know the S-10 Blazers don't have that much aftermarket support.

Please don't reply if you don't know what you are talking about.
There are turbo chargers, superchargers, nitrous system, everything you can do to pump up a 4.3L. After market is very strong and VERY accessible for everyone.
To the thread starter, install a performance muffler like a Flowmaster 40 or a Ravin Z33 or Z55 or even a Magnaflow for better performance and then look into a cold air intake for your engine.
Always do the exhaust before you more onto any mod with a 4.3L. The stock muffler is incredibly restrictive.

BlazerLT,thats funny, the Flowmaster (minus the Cat) I had would get loud when you got into it but was sensible when drove easy. Gas mileage went up,so did the power due to increased flow.

How does a 70 series Flowmaster sound on a 4.3 and does it restrict much more than a 40?

You won't see a night and day difference and the only time you will see a gain is at higher rpms when the stock exhaust really starts to restrict and not allow enough exhaust flow.

I was most impressed with the Hypertech Power Programmer and 160 degree thermo that I put in mine. I will definately look into getting that Raven Z55 next. That thing sounds great.

Although the power programmer is a good choice, the 160 degree stat in New York State is not a good choice.
Way to cold of a stat in your vehicle for your temperatures and will lead to problems in the long run.
