plug wires.....wow!

I put new wires on the 1.3....what a difference!
much quieter and lots more top end.
Who would thunk it :)

What kind did you use?

got the $22 set from advance auto they had silicon in the boots to prevent them from sticking to the plugs and cap,
they don't want to stay tight now but I have wiped off most of now and hopefully they will stay on a little better from now on :)

Squeeze the metal clips that hold the wire onto the plug pretty hard. That'll crush it a bit, just enough to hold it more tight. DON'T use pliers. Just your fingers :)

Anyone ever use the 8MM from Bosch?
