Code P0303 Cylinder 3 misfire, Why??

1997 GTP, Changed Ignition module, 3 coil packs, plugs, wires, and still getting the code. At idle it has a roughness hesitation wehn you take your foot off the gas to let the car roll it , you can definatley feel it buck, under driving conditions/acceleration, it feels damn fine.
What am I missing?

replaced number 3 plug with a different one still no change
