I have a 1995 transport and it all of a sudden is starting up and then bogging down and dying. I changed the air filter. Should we change the fuel filter? Anyone have any recommendations? Where is the fuel filter?

First suspicion: fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, fuel pump.
What engine? you should disconnect fuel line at the fuel rack (3.8) /throttle body (3.1) and find if it delivers fuel first.
Inline fuel filter is somewhere underneath the car.

Where is the fuel filter?
It's underneath in the back. You can't miss it. It's a small metal canister type fuel filter. Should take 2-3 minutes to replace.
