instrument panel not working

i have a stock 95 civic coupe dx and last night as i was driving home for the weekend (not living at home at the moment) my dashboard just stop working completely... the dim light works but i cant use the signal lights, my clock doesnt turn on, the speedometer needle, temperature gauge and gas needle wont move at all.... i try even turning the emergency lights on and they wont work for some reason... if anyone knows how i can fix this please reply... thank you...

check the fuses, make sure you havent popped any of them. it sounds like that may be the problem.

okay... so i found out which fuse it was and replaced it but it the fuse blew up again... so i put another and again.... went through 2 straight fuses... any ideas on how i can fix that?..

Short in the line, possible bad ground. There are alot of threads dealing with this topic just run a search.
