HELLO new 330Ci!!!!!

hello i ordered a 330Ci and it will be here on the 20th just wondering what is up with these cars and what should be done to them if anything, my car is titanium silver with a black top and grey leather with steptronic, navigation, premium, sport, harmon/kardon, and 6 disc changer.

damn thats gonna be sweet as HELL :D your lucky i really dont think you should do much to this car maybe rims 18in chrome . I really wouldn't mess with this car too much its sweet as hell

i was thinkin 20in chrome, a k/n, tinted out, and maybe so i dont void the warranty have bmw put exhaust on it.

I'd get a Dinan intake and exhaust and the engine management software to match it. They also offer a driveline enhancement that will lower the final drive ratio giving you more TQ. I'd put some nice 18's on it. I would have gotten a stick though, but it sounds like your more in for the show than the performance. Have fun with it.

im not in it for performance because i already have 2 other fast cars, i just want this to show around town.

Hell yeah i feel yah ...i would do the exact same thing if i got a BMW 20in Dubs rollin hehehe... If u could get some platnum tint its like refective and its bad ass also illegal as F!$@ . Hum.......maybe a little system or something would be nice and DEFINITLY a DVD with a PS2 now that would just kick ass ;)

good choice on a vehicle . . . what are the performance stats?

IT ALREADY HAS THE 11 SPEAKER HARMON/KARDON WITH A 10" SUB SO NO BOX IN THE TRUNK FOR ME, THE DVD AND PLAYSTATION ARE A GOOD IDEA THOUGH...

I envy you. Ok, your car has 225 of the smoothest horsepower you can get, in an I-6, 0-60 in about 6.6 seconds (will double check), a mid 14 second quarter.
A very nice, nice car. There aren't a whole bunch of performance mods out, it is so new. Get Dinan stuff, it is the best quality and performance you can get. Try not to destroy the excellent inherent handling, so try and keep the rolling bits light, close to factory specs. Lowering it an inch or two wouldn't hurt, as wood a fairly subtle body kit.
The PS2 idea is neat, and glow lights under the car woulb be awesome!

I have a 330ci, delivered in Oct, 2000. Only change I would make is addition of 18" M series wheels. You will enjoy car. I like it as well as my 540i.

Why?? DO you have a six-speed in the 540?? You must really like bimmers. I would liek a 540 or M5 or, hell, any one of them!!

Even though it's show, you should still put an intake and exhaust on IMO. A header would be sweet to just to clear up the breathing of the car. What kind of wheels are you going to get?

i found some 19" i like on tirerack.com but they are kinda exp. so i dunno i will have to start shopping around i havn't got the car yet... oh and the under car lights are a definite no i think that they are too rice...

You have 2 cobras and a brand new 330. You can afford whatever wheels you damn well like! Oh, tell us the stats on those cobras (0-60, 1/4, etc), as well as some storys!
