i'm looking at getting rid of my 99gtp that i got back from insurance cause it has a bent frame,and now am looking at a 2000 audi TT.i ts nice but for some reason doesn't feel right.i need the opinion of my fellow owners here,would you go foriegn or stay american and whats your thoughts on a TT?

Nice car. But I'm the wrong guy to ask. I own 3 GPs. I'd get the insurance company to write me a check. They have to bring the car back to the shape it was. I don't think you had a bent frame to start with, did ?

no the frame was fine,but they said their just gonna straight'n and reinforce it.i'm a welder i know whats gonna happen wit the whole straightning thing.not interested.so their fixing to their standards i guess and i'm in a position where i have to sell it.i'm just thiknig if i want to keep it through winter or not.this audi is AWD i like that

the TT's are okay, a bit small but the HP and TQ arent as much as your GTP (180 and 173, respectively). thats why it probably doesnt feel right. only thing that evens it out is the fact that it weighs about 3000 lbs less if i went foreign id go for something with some bigger numbers, but thats me
