I feel sorry for whoever owns the boat.
how do you explain that to your insurance company.
"Hello, I need to fill a claim, my boat got hit by a car."

If that was my boat, id untie and pull away from the docks just enough to let the honda go for a swim.
Id hate to be the guy who has to tow that car out of there. :bloated:

"Hello, I need to fill a claim, my boat got hit by a car." WHAT?!? It's obviously the boat's fault!!! It must have cut the car off, then dragged it out there!!! If I was driving the car, I'd sue that boat owner for reckless boating!!!

I'm pretty sure in this situation a crane would need to be used to get the car out of there, to avoid damaging the boat and car any further.

the boat won't be too badly damaged, smashed window and superficial scratches.
The car will need to be lifted out of there with a crane as a tow truck wouldn't do the job:eek:

She definately looks like the driver. Some Woodsy the Owl goofus, still smiling after pulling a stunt like that...
(her cell phone call to her husband) Hi dear... Umm I crashed another car... (his reply) WHAT!?!? Thats three this week!! What in the @#$#% is your major malfunction!?!? Where did you learn to drive!? Disneyland? Get your ass home. (her) Well, I need a ride home.
(him) Well it looks like you're walking, cause you just crashed our last car --- bitch.

Still not a fun job either way. Probably would have to use one of those mobile boom trucks to hoist it, but the car would probably end up getting bent or damaged when it is hoisted.
I wouldnt wanna be the guy who has to connect the hoisting chains, or the guy who has to operate the boomtruck. Ive operated one before, (not in this situation) but it can be diffucult to avoid swaying.
I feel real bad for the guy who owns that boat. Its worth a lot more than that Civic, and it might be hard to get insurance to cover a car running into that kinda boat.

I wonder how this could have happend. It looks like behind the car where the guys are standing there are those parking stopping things. That car would have had to been going fast enough to jump them and going slow enough not to push the boat out to far to fall into the water.
It looks like there might have been 2 people in the car since both front doors are open. It would have been fairly easy to get out by climbing on top of the car then walk to the shore.

Good morning indeed - it's 2.50am here! :D
Yeah, I'm a Civic owner... and proud of my car, even though it's not the coolest thing on earth! People hassle me about owning a Civic - but I couldn't care less in the end. I still made the choice to buy it, coz it's what I like - if ya don't, it doesn't worry me!! Most people think it's cool anyway - and I get chix in it :D:D:D

Honda's aren't my favorite, so I have fun banging on their owners... but it's just in fun, so please don't take offense.
