Only 2 forward Gears

My 95 Contour will only go into 1st and 2nd. It won't even try to shift to the other gears. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help you may have.

MTX or ATX?
If it's a MTX it could be the synchros.
ATX it could be the speed sensor.
If it's a MTX it could be the synchros.
ATX it could be the speed sensor.
