Problem #1: New Cylinder Head And Completely New Electrical System And Car Will Not Get Past 4500 RPMs. Before All The Work Was Done, It Would Red Line At 6400.

Problem #2: Car Will Not Idle. How Would I Adjust The Idle Control Sensor On The Car? It Has EFI And All The Good Stuff.

Problem #3: Turbo PSI Gauge Doesnt Move Past 3-5 LBS. Internal Blow-Off Valve And Wastegates.

Thanks,
CJ

OK forst off the car is rev limited at 6250, second when you redline at 4500 do you ehar a popping noise or does it just stop revving? If you put platnum plugs in the car thats a problem. You can't use platnum plugs. Use AutoLite 746's there the best for these cars. Also look at the cap, rotor, and wires. The wored should give 6000 ohms reisitance if I remember right. If none of those help, check the TFI module. After that if nothing helps it may not be spark related. If you put a "hotter" cam on the head using the stock springs they are floating. That will cause it. When you put in the new electrical did you Retune the VAM?

Second the idle is controlled mainly by the Throttle Position sensor, on the back on the throttle body on the back side, its the black thing about the size of a half dollar. To set it, you need a multi meter, The positive into the signal wire and the negative into teh ground for the senor. The senors shoudl put out between .90 and .92 You can adjust it by loosent the screws and rotating it a bit. If you mean the idle jumps you probabaly need a new one.

I have no idea what an internal blow off valve is... I know that TC never had them stock it you mean a recirculating blow-off valve its know as a bypass valve. Does the guage just not move past 3-5 psi or does the car not boost that high. If the car does not boost, you have a intake leak somewhere... maybe your lower intake gaskets are bad or you TB gaskets or maybe your connectors for the Intercooler piping. That would cause ALL of your problems. If it is just the boost guage you more than likely just have a vacuum leak somewhere.

Hoped this helped.

It Just Stops Revving And The Gauge Doesnt Go Past 3-5, But It Sounds Like Alot Of Air Blowing Or Pulling Somewhere...Especially When Driving By A Car. It Also Starts Jerk At 2000 RPMs In Every Gear. If I Shift Up It Goes Away Till I Hit 2000 Again...Lacks Power Really Bad...No Pick Up...

If you have your stock fuel pump thats why... Stock fuel pumps in those cars are 88gph I think get a walbro high pressure 255 that will cause the "bucking or jerking" the RPMs, plus the car must always must have a 1.4 tank or over or it will do the same thing. The fuel pump could also be why your not revving any higher. And it it sounds liek allot of air is coming out there probabaly is... Check the black semi-flexible rubber tube that goes into your Throttle body really close allof or time those rip on te underside. Happened to my 86 TC back in the day.
