sound system help

Im installing new speakers, head unit, and maybe an amp in my car. Im getting all the factory stuff out, speakers, wires, head everything. I want to get some opinions on whats a go quality cd receiver. I was looking at the pioneer 4600, the sony cdx-f5700, and the panasonic cq-c8100u. As you can see I have a few choices, which do you think is better or do you advise something else all together. What are some good speakers also. I know where i can get some audiobahn speakers for a pretty good price I have been told they are really good, but i haven't listened to them so i can't say. I know this is long winded, but try to help me out.

i like pioneer, stay away from jensen, i have owned 2 jenson stereos and they are crap. the buttons break in like 2 weeks time. but i have a pioneer system in my RS and it kicks ass, i ordered a double din pioneer to go in my camaro, they are better than the half din's they bolt right in just like your factory system. and i also have a pioneer 300w amp and 2 10's

I like pioneer and kenwood head units and them for your mids and highs.. as for subs i would go JL. in my camaro i have 2 12 inch jl w-6 with 1000 watt amp a cap crossover bigger alternator kenwood high and mids.

All this is going into my 79 camaro, I want to install speakers in the doors. Has anyone on here done that mod since there is no provision for it in the doors from the factory. If someone has would you give me some pointers on what I should do.
