Is Asked this question a couple of months back at PH in the Audio section
and a lot of americans listen to Limp Bizkit and that kinda music
But everybody has a big ICE in there car (right???)
With the ability to pump up the bass, so why then listen to Limp Biskit, there is no bass in Limp
So what do we the European listen to while cruisin

I listen to everything I like! :bloated: :D Mostly hip-hop and techno music (especially the one from belgium). But generally I like a bit of all (except classic music or stuff like that!;) )

Limp Bizkit:D It depends on the mood I'm in, most of the time it's Limp Bizkit, Lincin Park,... but sometimes I like something completely different and go for techno.

So it seems that most of you guys do listen to rock
And I thought that the only way to enjoy a good sound system was
with some bass
At the Internatoinal Tuning Salon at Mechelen last year there was
a car that had such a sound system that the volume could be heard
at the other side of the hall, and the bass really made the complex move (well sort of :D)
BTW with what kinda music do they test dB Drags?
I mean with what style of music can you best test the ability of your sound system
Do they test the highest frequences or the lowest bass :confused: :D

In competitions, there's many classes, some measure bass -DBdrag, and some measure Sound Quality - SQ. Lots of classes. Check out www.iasca.com (http://www.iasca.com) for more info. I've been to some competitons and the SQ cars sound SO nice, the DBdrag cars will beat your heart out of rhytm! :D

I'm more into easy listening by day, mostly just a local radio station, more hitmusic, something with a nice tune into it. In the weekend it's more techno, house, dance. But i can enjoy most sorts of music.
But there has to be some deviation in it, a whole cd of one artist is most of the time too boring.

Never been much of a bass boy, dont go in for tons of speakers in my car.
I listen to tons of different stuff. Normal stuff like Linkin Park, Papa roach, lots of punk stuff, RnB, rap....even korean pop music.
My music taste is pretty varied.

I like most kinds of music, from rap 2 heather nova. I don't like r&b and those kind of music. I like the old wu-tang cd's, especially with a big sound system : )... nice deep basses.
I'm thinking of buying a sub for my car. I've found an adress to buy JBL and Infinity for reasonable prices...about 20% cheaper than in store. If anyone is interested, let me know. Maybe we can do a group buy and get it even cheaper?

Yea, I like the Beastie Boys, too! And the older Wu CDīs are the best.:) As long as my stock speakers are doing their job well Iīm not going to buy new ones. I donīt like to listen to loud music while driving anyways because I like to listen to the engine more. It may sound stupid but when I canīt hear the engine Iīll drive worser than normally. :confused: :rolleyes: :silly2: :D

Driving with loud sound isn't good for my drivability 2, or I get 'tuned up' from the music and drive way 2 agressive or I am 'half on the world', A kind of deaf syndrome or so.

They have about 6 cd's or so... most of them are not worth it, all the same type of songs... imo the great milenko is the ' best' of them.
I like it to put on that cd for persons who normally don't like that kind of numbers... after a few songs they get the feeling and like it.
What's that german group again...shit, forgot the name of them (i am at work now)... a kind of hard rock... german language... simple texts...

rammstein... that was it. h-blockx is nice 2. I don't like it because of the goodness of the music, but because of the fun... rammstein is so simple... the lyrics are like a 5 year old boy or so...and I listen more 2 the music than 2 the lyrics... and don't understand all german texts...I don't know, but like it from time 2 time
