I have 1995 Honda Civic CX. Would 17 inch Motegi MR-12 rims fit it? I'm planning on lowering the car approx. 2 inches. Also, what size tires would fit? Thanks :)

Yes, 17's will fit (preferrably a 17X7 or 17X7.5 is optimum). I would suggest a 205/40/17 tire with the 2" drop. If you plan on getting a camber kit (I would strongly suggest this), you may have to roll the lip on the rear wheelwell in order to prevent tire rub. If you do not get the camber kit, there should be no rub (only enhanced tire wear).

You forgot one important thing - offset. A 17x7" with a 42mm offset would be your best bet. A 17x7.5" with a 44mm offset is really pushing it.
But you need a 205/40x17" tire to go with it.
