Horn Relay

I have a 99 ZR2 Blazer and the horn doesn't work. The fuse is fine. I think it might be the horn relay which is located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Does anyone know how the remove the relay? I tried pulling it out but it didn't move. Thanks a lot.

it does just pull out, get a good grip and wiggle it back and forth while pulling..have you checked current at the horns location...just hook up a volt meter and have someone press your horn...
